CORBALLY RESIDENTS ANGERED OVER FLOODING INCIDENT

There is growing anger among residents in Corbally, who say the flooding which has caused devastation overnight was man-made.

Earlier the ESB informed the public that they had to increase the flow of water from the Ardnacrusha Dam near the village of Parteen, a short distance from Limerick city. The Shannon flows through Limerick city, parts of which have been directly affected by the rising flod waters.

Jim Murrihy, from Boston Massachusetts, and now living in Dublin Ireland, has been dancing for over 30 years starting at just 3 years old with the Smith Houlihan School of Irish Dancing in Boston Massachusetts Jim’s parents from County Galway and County Clare instilled in him the love for Irish music and dance at this very early age.
