Established in the 1800s, this characterful public house is set in the peaceful village of Miltown Malbay and surrounded by pretty countryside. With its rather grand looking old facade, this is a neatly-kept bar and restaurant where the emphasis is on good food, atmosphere, music and craic. You're sure of a warm welcome at all times in this family-run pub. The interior is pleasant and relaxing with lots of comfortable seating making it an agreeable and cosy lounge bar.

Good value home-cooking is served throughout the day and includes reliable favourites like traditional roast chicken, pan-fried pork cutlets with mustard sauce, and popular steaks and grills. Local musicians play here during the summer season in addition to well-known artists like Edel Fox and Mairead Callanan. This is a good all rounder. Lots of old-fashioned character and charm.
