Are you obliged to give the Gardaí your name?

This video features two friends who were recently arrested by the Gardaí for not providing their names when requested to do so. 

The Gardaí had no right to do this but thankfully the two lads were well capable of standing up for themselves. We should all know our rights. Watch the Video
